orders will be posted within 48hrs for in stock items. Some of my pieces are made to order and so will take longer to ship. Please refer to the item description for more information.
Paypal
The easiest way to pay for things from the website is by using the paypal shopping basket. Paypal is a secure payments portal for credit and debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase items with Paypal.
Cheque
UK customers can also pay by cheque. To do this you'll need to note down the item name and quantity of the pieces you'd like and email me (info@joannarutter.com). I'll contact you with a confirmed total, including the postage and packing, and you'll need to send a cheque. Please remember that if you pay by cheque your items won't be posted until the cheque clears.

3.50 for orders up to £150
FREE delivery on orders over £150
All jewellery comes boxed and gift wrapped.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail recorded delivery or special delivery depending upon the value of the package. We'll make sure it's trackable and insured!
International delivery
International delivery is by Royal Mail AIRSURE or International Signed For (depending upon the destination). Both services are fast, trackable and insured.
Returns
I hope you will completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you have any problems please contact me and we will sort it out. For returns I must be notified within 3 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will refund via Paypal less original shipping charges. All items must be returned in original condition.
